About Us
Canwell Enviro-Industries Ltd., a privately owned Canadian
company, has specialized in the North American H2S treatment
industry for over 20 years. Supported by the natural gas
industry and aided by continuing research and development,
we have developed the "Cansweet" line of chemicals, and
several processes for economically removing low levels of
H2S and mercaptans from produced natural gas and natural gas
liquids.
The primary objective at Canwell is to offer clients a
complete treatment package that includes:
- process evaluation and design
- system review and equipment fabrication
- process implementation and operator training
- ongoing technical support and regular system
optimization evaluations.
The unique chemical formula of Cansweet
allows for exceptional sulphur removal capacity in a diverse
range of applications. Our process design team has developed
and refined several processes that treat gas under a variety
of operating conditions such as very low pressures, and
gas/liquid emulsions.
Canwell also removes light mercaptans in gas plants and
hydrocarbon liquids by treatment with unique adaptations to
existing processes.
Canwell is currently treating natural gas streams with H2S
concentrations ranging from 10 ppm to 30,000 ppm, also vent
and flare gas with H2S concentrations in excess of 3%. Gas
flow
rates treated in single applications exceed 30 MMscfd, with
complete fields being treated with over 100 MMscfd.
Canwell can be reached at the Contact Canwell page. There
are evaluation forms that can be completed and returned via
fax or email. Canwell can then provide a complete treatment
program evaluation; including capital and operating costs.
Canwell's processes provide an emission free solution to
removing H2S and light mercaptans from gas and liquid
hydrocarbon streams.
Our environmentally considerate approach permits us to treat
gas streams that were formerly considered waste gas, or
untreatable, such as tank vapors and oil related solution
gas.
Thank you for visiting the Canwell web site. We look forward
to sweetening your gas. |
